The Activity of Ivan J. Drong in the 60- Middle of 80 Years of the XX in Context of the Development of Tractors Design (2013)

--- In the article on the basis of facts, which were presented in narattive sources, mass medias and published scientific researches, the activity of Ivan Jo. Drong during the 60 -- middle of 80 years of XX century had been described. The basic problems of research of this period of his activity are marked. The direction of activity of I. Jo. Drong in the various administrative positions, especially in the Ministry of motor-vehicle and tractor industry of the USSR, had been determined. A maintenance and assignments of work of I. Jo. Drong in the Scientific motor-vehicle and tractor institute from advancement on principle of new chart of integral tractor LTZ-145, had been determined. The attempt of objective estimation of construction of tractors of the integrated and classic circuit, prospects of their introduction, in a production on a background economic trends and state administration the USSR is carried out. On the basis of the expounded facts a conclusion about objective principle of position, which I. Jo. Drong concerned in the rivalry of conceptions of tractors, had been done. There were drawed conclusion that in the formed circumstances it was impossible to overcome the bureaucratic system with the purpose of applying in industry a conceptually new machine.
