[Abstract translated by Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator: This is the abstract in English… This volume features a series of essays devoted over a forty-year period to the philosophy of nature from antiquity to the modern age. In different ways, all of these essays question the origin and crisis of an image of the world based on a mirror relationship between the senses and nature. This image, erected as a system by Aristotelian philosophy, would be subverted when, beginning with Copernicus and then especially with Galilei, people began to deny the evidence of the immediate data of perception, shifting to the mind what the senses seemed to take directly from reality: colors, sounds, tastes and all the so-called secondary qualities. Thus, at the center of the volume are, on the one hand, the centuries-old sympathetic relationship between man and the cosmos and, on the other hand, the phenomenon, of the opposite sign, of the modern disenchantment of the world, operated by the truth of reason and the mathematical sciences.]
