A group of IBM women started a women's network at an IBM site in Tucson, Arizona, USA to foster professional growth and camaraderie among members. The inspiration for this women's network, as well as how to start, foster and sustain a network are discussed. Activities for a professional women's network are presented and lessons learned are offered.
