Estuda os comportamentos sexuais nos últimos 30 anos e suas alterações com os avanços da epidemia, assim como os conhecimentos dos jovens sobre VIH e os mitos em torno da transmissão, tratamento e prognóstico da doença. Refere, ainda, factos e personalidades de relevo na luta contra o VIH em Portugal e as instituições envolvidas. [English Translation: The first Portuguese case of HIV/AIDS was diagnosed in 1983, two years after the world's first diagnosis. Thirty years later, this book outlines a history of the infection in Portugal, based on statistical and other data relevant to the history of this infectious pathology of great social impact. It studies sexual behavior in the last 30 years and its changes with the advances of the epidemic, as well as young people's knowledge about HIV and the myths surrounding transmission, treatment and prognosis of the disease.
