Palermo 1896 e la Società Umanitaria-Educativa per la protezione degli animali e dei bambini (2021)

unapi

The Society developed three areas of intervention: the protection of animals, the protection of abandoned children, the educational commitment in schools. It received numerous contributions for its operation and was also awarded by the Minister of Education Guido Baccelli. It is an interesting story of suffering and an example of moral and social redemption, in which the school and many free Sicilian citizens were protagonists.
