[Abstract translated by Google Translate: This is the abstract in English… the volume is an examination of some of the most important theses of the so-called "New philosophy of science", based on a historiographical analysis of some of the fundamental elements of the Copernican Revolution (the comparison of astronomical models) and the discovery by Giovanni Kepler of the first two laws of planetary weather. These two moments in the history of astronomy represent two paradigmatic examples of the process of confirming theories and their discovery, and played an important role in the elaboration of the theses of the "new philosophy of science", especially those of T.S. Kuhn and N.R. Hanson. The first part of the volume analyzes in particular the thesis that Copernicus's system would be immeasurable with both Ptolemy's and Tycho Brahe's. This thesis is criticized by showing the lack of a logical and historical foundation. The thesis that the three astronomical systems would be equivalent is also examined in its various aspects, with particular emphasis on the consequences of the problem of the rationality of the Copernican revolution. The second part is an analysis of the path followed by Kepler in his discoveries. The argument that is supported is that such discoveries can not be considered as the result of a logical, abductive process (as Hanson would like) or inductive. Instead, it is pointed out that Keplerian discoveries are the product of an invention act of hypotheses without logical links to the data, to which is added the fundamental moment of their mathematical processing. the problem of Keplerian discovery is not purely pure invention, but it is the analytic processing of new means of calculation in planetary movements.]
