Gislén, Lars (Author)
The workings and theory of an eclipse volvelle in Petrus Apianus' Astronomicum Caesareum is investi-gated. This paper also tries to explain how the volvelle was implemented from the theory and what values were given to the parameters that were used for the calculations. Results from model computations are presented.
