A partial estate of Eduard Schoenfeld: Since the scientific estate of Eduard Schoenfeld had been transferred from the Argelander Institute of Astronomy to the university library of Bonn (2015) and listed there (2017), as a result of which its reception should become safe, it seemed appropriate to add another partial estate of Schoenfeld, formerly owned by Bernhard Sticker, the historian of science at Hamburg university since 1959/60, who had been an astronomer at the Bonn observatory and assistant of its director Arnold Kohlschuetter until 1939. After the death of Sticker (1977), in the year 2003 his son transferred the partial estate to his pupil and former assistant Fritz Krafft, who reassigned it to the university library in May of 2018. Aside from four autographical concepts, this partial estate of Schoenfeld contains 84 letters and postcards mostly prompted by his office as secretary of the Astronomical Society and editor of its Vierteljahrsschrift. They are here arranged in alphabetical order of senders.
