Unerkannte Personen der Computertechnik: Dateneingabe im Bankwesen (Unidentified persons in computer technology: Data entry in the banking sector) (2019)

unapi

The work of women in computer technology, which has so far received little attention, is examined in this article with regard to the beginning of the digitalization of data in banking, using examples from the USA and West Germany. The first results of a research project, which gives the female employees in the data entry of West German savings banks a hearing, are presented. The data, for example on satisfaction or work motivation, are taken from a series of interviews with former long-term part-time female employees in the data entry department.]
