From the beginning, the popularization of medical knowledge played a central role in the magazine program. Publisher and Editor used naturopathic needs to increase the number of copies, to achieve educational goals and enhance their own fame. At the same time medical scholars and their worldviews can understand how much were related doctrines of health and social policy on the basis of the presentation. Also you can see how skilled clinical research and knowledge of bacteriology for interested, but once distant readers were treated. When the "Gazebo" was no longer the most important opinion-forming Journal of the bourgeoisie, communicating and presenting heilkundlicher relationships continued to play a significant role in their own political and social positioning. So were some provisions of the initial issues 1853 to the final adjustment in 1944, virtually unchanged, for example, , guardians of the health of their families to be the rejection of homeopathy or the invitation to the female readers.
