In this article, we describe the relationships between geometry and physics in Weyl's work between the end of the 1910s and the beginning of the 1930s. To this end, we first show that Weyl was interested in relativistic theories from 1916 onwards thanks to different actors : Grossmann, Einstein and Hilbert. Minkowski was also a source of inspiration for Weyl. At that time, Weyl was convinced by the idea that there exists a pre-established harmony between the developments of physics and of geometry. His first gauge theory is fully in accordance with this idea. Second, we identify the similarities, but also the numerous differences, between Hilbert and Weyl on the foundations of physics at a scientific and epistemological level between 1915 and 1921. Finally, during the second part of the 1920s, Weyl was interested in the mathematization of quantum mechanics and he developed a second gauge theory. His philosophy is characterized by an empirical turn. Moreover, he was led to relativize the role played by differential and Riemannian geometry in physics. He also criticized Einstein's project of building up a unified field theory based on the geometrical notion of absolute parallelism.
