Reviewed in the second part are personalia of the famous professors who were the native citizens of Sevastopol --- A.D. Fortushenko (1903---1989), director of SRI of Radioengineering, one of the initiators of All-Union Scientific Society of Radioenginnering and Communication named after A.S. Popov, and M.S. Neyman (1905---1975), specialist in the field of microwave oscillation electromagnetic systems, theoretic and applicative radioengineering; the history of development of civil telephony in the Crimea and Sevastopol; development of radioengineering and telecommunications on the Black Sea Fleet (Communication mast and Sevastopol radio stations, radio finding development); the history of establishment of Taurida University (Yalta, Simferopol) and specific participation of Kiev University of Saint Vladimir; the history of establishment of Institute of Physical Treatment Methods (Sevastopol), electrotherapy application in the hospital of Aleksandra Fyodorovna in Eupatoria, problems of redioengineering research development amid solar eclipse on 8 August 1914 in Feodosiya, as well as the questions of memorial of researchers' (A.S. Popov, V.N. Kedrin, A.E. Shcherbak) and organizations' (Institute of Physical Treatment Methods) activity.
