Seventeen Particles and One Molecule (2013)

unapi

The authors reflect on the important role played by physics in the twentieth century. They discuss the Standard Model, which contains the twelve particles that comprise the observed universe. They also suggest that the twenty first century is the century of life sciences and that the DNA may be regarded as the most important scientific discovery during the century.
