Ambrose, Douglas (Author)
Two young researchers at the Cavendish Laboratory in the early part of the twentieth century made a collection of physical data that was published and has been known for nearly 100 years not by its title but by their names, `Kaye and Laby'. A brief account of the careers of the authors is followed by discussion of the development of the Tables of physical and chemical constants.
...MoreDescription On two students at the Cavendish Laboratory who published a widely used table of physical and chemical constants.
