The concepts of spherical astronomy and the observation and calculation of the angle between ecliptic and equator in the Donghan Dynasty and the ancient Greece were compared. The results showed that the astronomers in the Donghan Dynasty had already tried to erect a concept of celestial sphere in the space, but that didn't succeed by the afterworld. However, the concept of celestial sphere in the space erected by the ancient Greek had been succeeded by the modern astronomy. The methods of observation and calculation to the angle in Donghan Dynasty and ancient Greece were different, and the precision in the Donghan Dynasty was higher than that in the ancient Greece.
